Terms of use
These terms cover the Reverse Audio PRO mobile app, the reverseaudioapp.com website, and the free browser tool, all provided by Frame Sixty Labs. They are written to be read, not skimmed past — the short version: you own your recordings, the free app shows ads, Pro is sold through the app stores as a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, and the free tool comes as-is.
Acceptance
By downloading the app, browsing the website, or using the browser tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Where you purchase through Google Play or the App Store, Google's and Apple's own terms also apply to that purchase.
The service
The service is: (1) the Reverse Audio PRO mobile app, which records, imports, reverses, and processes audio on your device; (2) the reverseaudioapp.com website; and (3) the free browser-based audio reverser. All audio processing happens locally — on your device or in your browser — and no part of the service requires an account. Availability on a given platform or app store can change.
Free version and ads
The app is free to download and use. From version 1.1, the free version shows ads supplied by Google AdMob and limits some features, such as the set of effects and presets, clip length, and exporting. The limits in force are shown in the app and may change between versions.
- Watching an optional rewarded ad to the end grants one export credit. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are stored on the device — deleting the app or clearing its data removes them.
- Any Pro plan removes ads and the free-version limits for as long as that plan is active.
- How ads use data is described in the privacy policy.
Pro plans and purchases
Pro is offered as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The plans available to you and their prices, in your currency, are shown in the app before you buy. All purchases are billed through your Google Play or Apple account — never directly by Frame Sixty Labs.
- Lifetime is a single payment. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
- Restore Pro on another device by signing in with the same store account and tapping Restore Purchases in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their store policies, not directly by Frame Sixty Labs.
- Prices can change. A new price never applies to a lifetime purchase already made. For subscriptions, the store notifies you before a higher price applies to a renewal and, where required, asks you to accept it.
- Lifetime means for as long as the app is offered and supported. See Changes to the service.
Subscriptions and free trials
- Weekly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel.
- A plan may start with a free trial for new subscribers. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your store account is charged the plan price. The trial length and the price that follows are shown before you confirm.
- Cancel at any time in your store account (on Android: Google Play › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded in part, except where the law or the store's policy requires it.
- If a renewal payment fails, the store may retry for a short grace period. Pro ends if the payment is not recovered.
Free tool
The browser-based audio reverser is provided free of charge, as-is, with no uptime or availability commitment. It may change, gain limits, or be discontinued at any time. It processes audio entirely in your browser; see the privacy policy for the binding no-upload commitment.
Acceptable use
You own your recordings. Anything you record or import remains yours — Frame Sixty Labs claims no rights over your audio and never receives a copy of it.
- Do not use the service to reverse copyrighted audio for redistribution. Reversing a song does not make it yours.
- Processing audio you own, audio you have permission to use, or short clips for personal experimentation, practice, and private sharing is the intended use.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell the service itself.
- Do not try to obtain paid features, export credits, or ad rewards by tampering with the app or by automated means.
Intellectual property
The app, website, browser tool, design, and the Reverse Audio PRO name and mark belong to Frame Sixty Labs. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership of the software to you. Your audio, as stated above, stays yours.
Changes to the service
Features, effects, export formats, free-version limits, and plans may be added, changed, or removed over time, including because of operating-system or app-store changes. A Pro plan unlocks the Pro features the app offers while that plan is active; it is not a guarantee that every individual feature or format will remain available indefinitely.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for professional audio production. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame Sixty Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service — including lost recordings, lost data, or lost profits. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state in which Frame Sixty Labs LLC is incorporated, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory rights to a different venue.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
